Tokyo, Japan October 12 – November 21, 2018 Don’t miss!… One of the most important dates in the life of the Ensemble “Rustavi”. This year the State Academic Ensemble “Rustavi” of Georgian Folk Song and Dance celebrates its 50th anniversary. From October 12 of 2018 through November 21 of 2018, in order to promote the exchange of cultural experience between Japan and Georgia, Ensemble “Rustavi” will hold 33 concerts in different cities of Japan. „Rustavi“ promises mega sensation to you! P. S. Connecting with the 50th anniversary of the Ensemble “Rustavi”, we are publishing a very important anthology – “400 Georgian Folk Songs”.

Seoul, Republic of South Korea From September 1 through September 8 of 2018, the State Academic Ensemble “Rustavi” of Georgian Folk Song and Dance was on a tour to South Korea, where it presented a very interesting program in front of the audience. The concerts and important events besides Seoul were also conducted in the following cities: Naju, Sanchon, Gvangju, Samcheong. “Rustavi” was a huge success!

Sion, Switzerland From August 17 to August 20 of 2018, the State Academic Ensemble “Rustavi” of Georgian Folk Song and Dance was on a tour to Switzerland. The first concert was held on August 18 in Eglise des Jésuites, the second – on August 19 in Cathédrale de Sion. “Rustavi” ‘s concert was conducted as usual, in a triumphal way.

Jūrmala, Republic of Latvia On July 10 of 2018 the State Academic Ensemble “Rustavi” of Georgian Folk Song and Dance was on a tour to Latvia. The concert was held in Dzintari Concert Hall. After “Rustavi”, Nino Katamadze performed in front of the audience. The present society liked the concert very much.

Bratislava, Republic of Slovakia On May 24 of 2018 the choir of the State Academic Ensemble “Rustavi” of Georgian Folk Song and Dance was in Slovakia where it participated in a very important event. The concert which was held in Bratislava was dedicated to the celebration of the centennial of the first Georgian Republic and 25 years of establishment of diplomatic relations between Georgia and the Republic of Slovakia. The hymn of the Republic of Slovakia was performed by “Rustavi” in the Slovakian language that caused great exaltation with the present society.
